GSAC is committed to protecting your personal data. We are up front and transparent with you about the reasons for collecting your personal data, and will ask for your consent before we collect it. You, as a user of our web site can access our web site without providing any information to GSAC and we do not follow your browsing history. We do not, as a general rule, collect personal identifiable information about you, when you visit our site. Personal Identifiable Information (PII), for the purposes of this Data Protection statement, is information about a living individual who is, or can be, identified by that information such as name, address, email, phone number or other contact details.
Where you contact us for further information or email us on [email protected] we only use the contact details you provide for the purpose of replying to the specific queries you make. We will ask in advance before storing your personal information and will advise you in advance how we will process your data.

We may invite you to opt-in to social a social media group if you express an interest in learning more about our sporting club, and we will not process your PII without your prior consent. Where we store your PII with your consent, we will keep your data for the least amount of time in accordance with good governance and legal requirements and we will store it securely.
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, but we make our best effort to ensure the security of our systems.
